TeeFill stores golfer details on behalf of each golf club. Each club can only access its own golfers, tee times and claims.

Golfers give explicit consent to receive tee time availability notifications when they join a club's waiting list, and marketing consent is collected separately. Golfers can ask their club to remove them at any time.
